Hello Pepper Heads! We are Chooch & Pootan.     Here's a brief how we started.. I like hot and spicy foods and I couldn't find anything on the market that made me say wow that's a gooda hotta sausa, so I started making my own hot sauces  and buffalo wing hot sauces and I finally found the right combinations of garlic, cayenne chiles, and jalapenos just to mention a few. I shared my buffalo hotta winga sauces and with my friends and family they were so impressed they told me to "bottle that stuff", so I did.

    The sales of the sauces without advertising were so great I needed a partner to keep up with all the orders so who better than my cousin and best friend, Mario (Chooch). For kicks we entered some of our signature sauces into the 10th Anniversary Fiery Foods Challenge sponsored by Chili Pepper Magazine. Needless to say we were quite astonished to find out that 3 of the sauces were winners!!!! Wow!!!!! We won the Golden Chile (1st Place) with our original Hotta Winga Sausa and a 3rd Place with the garlic version. Our Discipline Hot Sauce received a 2nd Place award in its category. Not bad for two hot dagos! This is not the end. It is the just the beginning of our story

We put our ideas together and started in the chili, wing hot sauces business.
